These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TappyCash website (the "Service") operated by TappyCash ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended solely for users who are sixteen (16) years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not access or use the Website.
Participation is limited to one (1) account per person and one (1) account per household/IP address.
2. Rewards Programs & Virtual Currency
Coins earned on TappyCash ("Rewards") have no cash, monetary, or other value and are only redeemable for gift cards, cryptocurrencies, or other prizes as offered by the Service. We reserve the right to change the exchange rate or value of Coins at any time without notice.
3. Prohibited Activities (Zero Tolerance)
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:
- Using VPNs, Proxies, or VPS to mask your real IP address or location.
- Creating Multiple Accounts to exploit the referral system or offer walls.
- Using Emulators (Bluestacks, Nox, etc.) to simulate mobile devices.
- Using Scripts, Bots, or Automation tools.
- Completing offers with Fake or Stolen Information.
- Chargebacks or reversing payments on offer walls.
Violation of these rules will result in an IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN and forfeiture of all earnings.
4. Reward Verification & Fraud Prevention
Rewards are not credited immediately in all cases. We reserve the right to hold payments for up to 30 days to verify legitimacy if we suspect fraud. We may require ID verification (KYC) before processing large withdrawals.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TappyCash, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
